At the heart of this first phase of development will be the largest component: a lounge, bar and dining space that will transform from hosting laid-back breakfasts to lively lunches. People will be encouraged to stay a while, settling in for the afternoon as the perfect place to work remotely from. Then as the working day ends, the venue will be ideal after-work drinks. In the evening, we will create an inviting dinner environment, that morphs into a buzzing yet not rowdy drinking atmosphere late into the evening.

One of the primary attractions will be the expansive outdoor seating area overlooking the lush green space of the park. This restaurant bar will emerge as the ultimate destination on sunny days, providing one of the few opportunities in the city to enjoy outdoor dining and drinking.
